A Good Word
for You
You have not landed here by accident. In a world full of noise, confusion, and impossibly hard seasons, something — Someone — has guided your steps to this place. We believe that with all our hearts.
Since 1956, Dick Mills Ministries has carried one simple conviction: that God’s Word spoken into a person’s life at exactly the right moment has the power to change everything. Dick Mills spent his lifetime placing a piece of paper in someone’s hand — a scripture, a promise, a word from God written just for them. That paper kept people on their feet when nothing else could.
This page is that same piece of paper — extended now to every person who finds their way here. We do not know your name, but God does. We do not know the full weight of what you are carrying, but He does. And long before you arrived here today, He had already spoken words in Scripture that were meant for you, for this moment, for this season.
We pray daily for every person who visits this ministry and for every soul who has reached out to us. You are not forgotten. You are not alone. Emmanuel — God with us — means He is with you right now, in the middle of whatever you are facing.
Just as Dick Mills placed a scripture in someone’s hand and watched it become the very thing they stood on — these words are offered to you today as an empowering, biblical foundation for the season you are walking through.
Find what best describes where you are right now.
Each topic below carries an encouraging word, scripture promises,
and a prayer written specifically for that need.
Wherever you are in your journey — whether your faith feels strong today or you are barely holding on — these words were written for you. God knew you would come. He prepared a word. He is not surprised by your situation, and He is not distant from your pain.
We pray daily for every soul that finds its way to this page. You are covered in prayer. You are seen. And you are deeply, permanently loved by a God who calls Himself Emmanuel — God with us — because He refused to leave you to face this alone.
