We want to honor you and appreciate you today.
God created fathers to love, protect, give direction and to lead and we are grateful for that.
Galatians 6:9, “be not weary in well doing for you will reap a harvest if you don’t faint (give up).
You are in charge of keeping yourself fit for the battle, strong for each day. Strengthen yourself simply by putting God’s Word inside of you.
I wanted to share a personal story with you. My father Dick Mills-had a big call on his life and that was to give a good word to everyone he came in contact with in his lifetime.
That ended up being hundreds of thousands of people.
He would give a word that would fill them up, restore, and refuel their passion for living for God. It stirred the fire in their spirit. Never demeaning but life giving.
God’s Word brings purpose for what He is calling you to do. It brings vision, meaning and hope. The presence of God burns within our spirit and stirs a fire that should never go out.
His Word is powerful and it will renew your spirit and your strength.
We believe that we must run this race to win. And you must run the race, not to grow weary but run the race to cross the goal line.
Every athlete and team player practices and is coached to be competitive and to grow in ability and skill.
There are days, weeks and months of endless practicing. But it leads to a strategic moment.
That moment is to win. To throw the ball and it sinks in the basket. Or the ball is hit with a bat outside the stadium.
And when the football crosses the goal line.
People live for those moments. But it takes a lot of unseen moments before the win takes place. There are losses as well.
All of the continuous running, training, and competition leads to victory.
At Dick Mills Ministries- A Good Word for You, we believe everyone can experience that win.
It is all about Jesus. All of this life is about a supernatural life with Jesus.
You are the reason we want to give a good word. A word of hope and growing your faith. So you don’t grow weary.
Ever.
A powerful Word from God for every person in every nation.
This is the main reason we felt God speaking to us to pick up the ball and run towards the goal. To continue giving a good word, empowering people, directing people towards God and offering a way to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

We are growing our reach and we believe all men should come to the Lord. They have to hear the gospel before they’ll come.

It is a big vision but we serve a Big God.
