Faith Building & God’s Word

Dick Mills founded DMM to encourage and strengthen Christians all over the world with his unique gift of prophetic Scripture and Bible study. He gave words of wisdom, knowledge and encouragement to over 1,000,000 people in his lifetime. These words were prophetic, and scripturally based and proved to be a powerful combination. Lifting individual’s Christian faith with his anointed personal, powerful, and experiential ministry. We humbly continue the work of personal ministry and Bible study.

Vision & Goals

Our vision is to provide a way for believers to see, hear, read and run with the prophetic and Holy Spirit inspired Word of God. To stay on their feet (Job 4:4), stay filled and change the earth till the return of our Savior. We believe our implementing our vision will produce our God given goal of encouraging, strengthening and helping build the body of Christ into strong warriors.

God’s Word comes from His mouth. The very lips of God have spoken powerful Words that are meant for you. Meant to be believed, prayed, and trusted.

God’s Word

John 1:1 says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.”

The Word of God is the seed. When spoken, prayed, believed (planted) it brings about the changes in our lives we need. We pray and ask God for help.

However, we need to do our part and that is speak God’s language and His Word. Because it is His Word, there is power in it.

It is His Word that changes things and it is His Word that is Quick and Powerful. (Hebrews 4:12)

“The Lord is trustworthy in all He promises and faithful in all He does” Psalm 145:13b

His Word is trustworthy every time. Revelation 22:6 ‘Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place.’

The Word of God brings light to the darkness. Psalm 119:130.

His Word is settled in heaven. On earth as it is in Heaven.

“Forever O Lord your Word is settled in heaven.” Psalm 119:89

“
Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.” NKJV Jeremiah 1:12.

As believers we know that HIs Word is powerful and that He hastens to perform it, so when we pray the Word of God over our situation we can know that God will help us.

In Psalm 107:20 He said that “He sent His Word to heal them of ALL their diseases.”

Logos Word

The Logos Word –

What is the definition of logos? The Lexham Bible Dictionary defines logos (λόγος) as “a concept word in the Bible symbolic of the nature and function of Jesus Christ. It is also used to refer to the revelation of God in the world.” Logos is a noun that occurs 330 times in the Greek New Testament. Of course, the word doesn’t always—in fact, it usually doesn’t—carry symbolic meaning. Its most basic and common meaning is simply “word,” “speech,” “utterance,” or “message.”

There is so much more than this in the study of Logos the Word of God and Rhema the Word of God. Logos is referred to as the written Word of God, and Rhema is referred to as the spoken Word of God.

Study notes here are the scriptures noted by Dick Mills regarding the Logos Word-

“He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood and His Name is called the Word of God.” Revelation 19:13

“When you received the Word of God which you heard of us you received it not as the word of men but as it is in truth, the Word of God which effectually works also in you that believe.” I Thessalonians 2:13

God speaks to you through His Word. Answers come. Healing comes. Wisdom comes.

He comes.

“Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom.” Colossians 3:16

“Being born again not of corruptible seed but of incorruptible by the Word of God which lives and abides forever.” I Peter 1:23

The Rhema Word

According to the venerable Strong’s Concordance (#G4487), rhema means an utterance (individually, collectively or specifically) on a particular matter or topic.

But He (Jesus) answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word (rhema) that proceeds out of the mouth of God.’” (Matthew 4:4, HBFV).

Study notes here are the scriptures noted by Dick Mills regarding the Rhema Word-

“and take the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.” Ephesians 6:17

“If you abide in me and My Words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you.” John 15:7

“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4

“So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.” Romans 10:17

“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” Hebrews 11:3

As we continue studying the Word of God it is pivotal that we believe

-God is trustworthy. Psalm 145:13

-God will answer when He is called on. Jeremiah 33:3

-God provides a way for you to be strengthened and empowered with His Word. Everything you need God will provide when you seek Him first. Matthew 6:33

-God is not a liar. Numbers 23:19

-God gave us His promises so that we could know what He says, what He thinks and be partakers of His Divine Nature. Filled with the Word of God.

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:4

“For with God Nothing (no Rhema Word) is impossible.” Luke 1:37

I believe when we are filled with the Word of God, the very presence of God, we will NEVER give up, we will NEVER quit, we will NEVER walk away. We will ALWAYS live for Jesus!
