“Problem solvers face problems not impossibilities.”

Exodus 4:12 “Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.””
God says go and I’ll be with you and give you the words to say. You have to delve into the problem, and while you are trying to navigate the situation God will give you the words to say. He will bring clarity to your situation.
Each day we are faced with situations beyond our control.

Decisions that need to be made. I remember my father often would stop and pray and then start talking again and getting on the phone and be busy.
I would watch him and then of course ask him what he was doing?
He would tell me that he needed to pray and ask God to give him direction. He prayed for a simple answer like a red stop light or a green light that meant proceed.
He waited to hear God speak.

That seemed smart to me and it seemed to be an easy way to pray.
He would smile and tell me little things like “God isn’t trying to make it hard for you to hear His voice.” And then he would rattle off several scriptures to prove his point. I was young so I got lost on the second or third scripture!
Haha! But that line of reasoning stuck with me. God has the answer.
We go to Him and pray for Him to show us the answer. Direct us in the right direction and help us in the situation we are in or loved ones are in.
Dick Mills spent a lifetime memorizing God’s Word because He knew God spoke to him through His Word.

One thing my father did over and over again that made an impact on me. When I asked him why he prayed and asked God for an answer he always would say “I stop and pray because I need to make a wise decision. God is always the answer.”
These scriptures are great to have on hand when needing to make a decision, and find a solution. They are great to say and pray out loud. The reason for doing this is in Job 22:28 God says that when you ‘decree a thing it is established.’

When you say it, it suddenly has weight. It has force. Purpose and power. So speaking the Word of God with purpose is like saying a powerful prayer. It reaches the ears of God and it also empowers you as a believer.
All scriptures are from New King James Version unless otherwise noted.
Luke 1:37 “For nothing will be impossible with God.”
Proverbs 16:1 “The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.”
I Peter 3:15 “Be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason for the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.”
Proverbs 22:21 “That I may make you know the certainty of the words of truth, that you may answer words of truth to those who send to you.”
Habakkuk 2:1 (Easy to Read Bible Version) “I will stand like a guard and watch.
I will wait to see what the Lord will say to me.
I will wait and learn how he answers my questions.”
Proverbs 15:23 “A man has joy by the answer of his mouth and a word spoken in due season, how good it is.”
Proverbs 15:28 “The heart of the righteous studies how to answer, but the mouth of the wicked ours forth evil.”
God will always assist us in solving a problem and finding an answer.
We may not always be able to find answers to every dilemma, but we can always find Jesus.

He will give you wisdom, an idea, a thought to try something, a person you need to contact that can help you. When you stop, pause, pray and ask God to help you solve a problem. He will.
“Ask and it will be given to you.” Matthew 7:7
Blessings to you.
